Once your meeting is set up, you will be able to access current and past meetings, with some additional context and information about Goals, Instant Feedback, and Skills relating to the meeting participants. Additionally, you can give feedback on the meeting's quality.
Past Meetings & Search
Above your meeting agenda, you will see a search bar as well as the date for the closest upcoming meeting. If you click on the date drop-down, you will see all your past meeting dates listed. Feel free to click on ant of them to access notes from the past meetings. You can also search for your past talking points and notes here.
Meeting Quality
On the right-hand side, you will see 'How was your meeting?'. If you click on it, a pop-up will open where you can give feedback on the meeting quality. If you add a comment to your feedback, your comment and your name will be shown to the other meeting participants.
Goals
Using the 'Goals' tab, any member of the meeting can view the active goals they own or contribute to that are made public to others. Individual private goals are not visible here. You can also see the progress of a goal, and if you want to update a goal, you can open it directly here.

Using the 'Feedback' tab, in meetings you will be able to see the feedback you have given to your colleague. In addition, you will see any feedback you gave yourself (self-reflection). The self-reflection feedback is not visible to the other meeting participants. Overall, you are able to see six most recent feedbacks for both parties of the meeting. Private notes written about others are not visible in the feedback section.
Competencies
The 'Competencies' tab shows you the relevant skills assigned to you and your colleague in a meeting.
