Users, managers, and system admins can find review assessments for all employees they manage or have given feedback to in the past in the ‘All Reviews’ tab. In this section, you can find a list of all of the employee’s open tasks and a list of all the review cycles they have been a part of. Managers and admins can also access the status and progress of all the ongoing (and past) review cycles by clicking on the name of the employee they wish to learn more about.
On the left side of the screen, you will see each report's name, followed by the employee's title and the number of review cycles they are involved in Leapsome (past and ongoing). On the right side, you will see the date, status of the latest active review cycle and its progress.
Clicking on the name of one of your reports will open up their assessment history, where you can assess the completion rate of past reviews and the current progress of ongoing reviews. If the manager has already completed their manager-assessment, you will also see the manager score next to the date.
To take a deeper look into one of the listed cycles, you can click on the associated review to look into the statuses of completed or ongoing review cycles of the contributors involved. The possible statuses you will see:
- Not started
- Pending
- Complete
- Shared
- Signed
- Declined
- Not provided (no review was provided before the cycle was closed)
When the status of a review is 'completed' or 'signed', there will be a timestamp of the date that the author edited/submitted their reviews.
Lastly, should you have a long list of reports in this view, if many assessments have been completed, or if you are looking for something specific, you can filter what is shown on this page. You can ‘Filter’ reports based on what team they are in, who their direct or indirect manager is, their location, a custom attribute, what level they belong to, review cycles, templates and predefined filters. Additionally, on the left side of the 'Filter' drop-down, you can type in the name of the particular user you are looking for. Please note: if you have a filter selected from the 'Filter' drop-down, the search bar on the left will look for users matching those filters. As a manager, you can use the quick action button found at the top right corner titled 'Your team'. It will automatically filter users that report to you.
Alternatively, you can limit results based on the status of an employee or assessment. For example, you can search for which of your reports have not been included in any review cycles in the last 180 or even 360 days. Here, you can also look at which completed reviews have not yet been signed by the reviewee or manager.
