If your company works with a comprehensive competency framework, you can limit the applicability of competencies to certain levels. Here you can find more details on how to create competencies.
If a competency is only relevant for e.g. senior levels, please activate the toggle 'Relevant for Level' next to Senior and deactivate it for any other levels. Deactivated competencies for certain levels will not appear in a performance review for the reviewees assigned to those levels.
