Depending on your company feedback culture, or the culture you want to introduce, you can choose various visibility settings in a review cycle. These settings define when the involved parties see the given feedback. Depending on the scope of your review cycle, there could be four parties involved in the review: reviewee, manager, peers, and direct reports.
This article presents several example cases of different visibilities in reviews and describes the visibility settings needed. To learn more on how you can set up the visibility for your review cycle, please look here.
Example cases:
- Managers should be able to see the assessments from peers, direct reports, and the self-assessment of reviewees only after they have submitted their manager assessment.
