You have tried to log in and the message ‘Wrong email or password’ appears.
What should you do at first?
1 - Check any spelling mistakes in your email address and your password.
2 - Request a new password via 'Forgot your password'.
3 - In case you have requested a new password via Leapsome and did not receive an email, please make sure to check your Spam folder.
You have checked everything, but you can still not log in:
1- In case this is the first time, you try to log in, make sure your user account is already active in Leapsome. Please contact your HR department and check with your platform admin the status of your account.
2 - Please ensure the email address you use as a login for Leapsome matches the email address saved in your employee details in 'User&Teams'. To find out if they match, please reach out to your HR department. The Leapsome admin of your company is able to confirm which email address has been saved on the platform.
3 - In case you try to log in via your SSO login, please ensure the email address of your SSO email address and the email address saved in your employee details are identical. To find out if they match, please reach out to your HR department. The Leapsome admin of your company is able to confirm which email address has been saved on the platform.
