You have tried to log in and the message ‘Wrong email or password’ appears.
What should you do at first?
1. Check for spelling mistakes in your email address and your password.
2. Request a new password via 'Forgot your password'.
3. In case you have requested a new password via Leapsome and did not receive an email, please make sure to check your Spam folder.
You have checked everything, but you can still not log in:
1. If this is the first time you try to log in, make sure your user account is already active in Leapsome. Please get in touch with your HR department and check with your platform admin the account status.
2. Please ensure the email address you use as a login for Leapsome matches the email address saved in your employee details in 'My Company' > 'Employees' > filter for the relevant user. To find out if they match, please contact your HR department. The Leapsome admin of your company can confirm which email address has been saved on the platform.
3 - In case you try to log in via your SSO login, please make sure that the email address of your SSO email address and the email address saved in your employee details are the same.
