Analyzing your survey results is only the first step. With our post-survey action planning feature, you can implement your own ideas to improve engagement and build even better workplaces. If many of your employees work in remote settings, this blog article can provide you with some ideas on how to increase their engagement.
You can create action plans around your own ideas on how to increase engagement or areas of concern that were addressed within the survey. For ideas on creating an employee engagement action plan, check out this guide.
For each user that is relevant to the action plans, you can add them as an owner, and that action plan will only be visible to the users listed as an owner on that specific action plan.
Any company or team action plans that were created by admins would be available to be commented on through the action plan tab of the specific survey if:
- Admins included everyone in the visibility
- Owners and team members for the relevant team
- Managers/ normal users were listed as owners on the action plan, and visibility included only owners.
The set-up action plans will show up in the survey's 'Action Plans' tab. Users and/or teams who have been assigned to this will be able to comment on the progress, and the action plans will stay on the platform until the owner has marked them as completed.
