What does the 'Analytics' tab show?

The analytics tab shows instant feedback statistics for the entire company or specific teams. Admins always have access to the tab, whereas for normal users the tab can be enabled in the Admin Settings ('Admin Settings' > 'Instant Feedback').

Users can see how much Instant Feedback and Praise has been sent, received, and requested. The statistics also show the distribution of the skills and praise badges.
