To give praise and instant feedback, you can navigate to the Instant Feedback module or use the quick action symbol to navigate immediately to the desired action.
Let me take you through each option step by step.
Give Praise
First, you will select the user or team you would like to praise. Next, you will write your praise and decide who will be able to see the praise by selecting either the user / team or everyone in the respective checkbox. Last, you will select a matching Praise Badge and click the button 'send now'. Admins can create the praise badges in the admin settings of the Instant Feedback Module. Give Instant Feedback
When you give instant feedback, the first step is to select the user you would like to provide feedback to. After that, you can write the feedback and determine who will have access to the feedback (only the user or their manager). Please note that if you choose that the manager can see the feedback, admins will also be able to see the feedback. Furthermore, you can assess relevant skills for the user that were defined in the Development Framework on a dynamic scale. To send the feedback, please click the button 'Send now'.
