Regular one-on-one meetings between managers and employees are crucial to ensure that employees feel valued and supported at work. In addition, team meetings & check-ins are important to maintain a sense of alignment in a team. The Leapsome Meeting module provides a structured space in which any combination of colleagues (including pre-defined teams) can plan and run efficient meetings.
Admins can define one or more meeting templates that can be shared with all employees. They can then choose a template when creating a new meeting. Also, managers (or anyone else) can define their own templates, but these can’t be shared. Of course, participants of a meeting can customize their own meeting structure under 'Settings' within that individual meeting.
To create a meeting template just navigate to the Meetings module, click on 'Templates' in the left-hand menu and then 'Actions' > 'Create a new template'.

The meeting template's structure will then be displayed in the new meeting. You can find further inspiration for possible sections within your meeting under 'Settings'.
Leapsome also offers a variety of recommended meeting templates that can be found in the Meetings module by clicking on 'Templates'. A few default meeting templates can be found below:

Please note that these default templates will be deleted when you delete the 'dummy data' from your Leapsome account.
