Instant Feedback
- allows you to informally give or request feedback at any time, for example after a meeting, presentation or project
- can happen between any co-workers, completely regardless of hierarchy
- is by default always strictly private between the sender and the receiver - managers and HR teams never have access to your personal feedback
(360°) Assessments
- can take the form of performance assessments, 360° assessments, or leadership assessments - settings can be customized during the cycle setup
- offer a more formal process - they are usually run on a quarterly, bi-annual or annual basis
- can include self-assessments, peer assessments, or manager assessments - settings can be customized during the cycle setup
- are usually managed by and accessible / visible for managers and HR
