The 'Analytics' > 'Instant Feedback' tab shows Instant Feedback statistics for the entire company or specific teams. Admins always have access to the tab, whereas for normal users the tab can be enabled in 'Settings' > 'Module Settings' > 'Instant Feedback' > 'Advanced instant feedback analytics visibility'). You can also export the instant feedback analytics via 'Actions' > 'Exports'.
By default, users can see how much Instant Feedback and Praise has been sent, received, and requested. The statistics also show the distribution of skills and praise badges.
The 'Competency Insights' section shows you the distribution of different competencies that were selected while instant feedback was offered to employees. You can also switch between 'Competency Insights' and 'Category Insights'. The blue bar shows the no. of instances where that specific competency was selected. The grey/green bar under the blue bar shows the nature of the feedback based on the score used in the sliding scale. It will show statuses like 'Room for Improvement', 'Neutral' or 'Positive' based on the sliding scale's score that was submitted. These statuses will only show up if more than 3 instances of that competency has been selected and scores have been given.
The Badge Distribution section shows you the top 3 badges that were given out to employees or teams in your organization.
The data in both these sections can be further isolated to depict the data for each Praise and Instant feedback separately, by using the filter > type. Any teams/groups/custom attributes you create for your organization will immediately be available to use as a filter under analytics.
If admins want to make it easy for users to find specific data in the Leapsome platform, they can save the filter via the save button and share it with anyone in the organization.
