Finding your Competency Framework

Leapsome admins can create a competency framework for the company. To do so, click on 'Competencies' from the menu in the bottom left corner. Read more here on how to set up the framework. Admins can enable the competency framework to be visible to normal users through admin settings > basic settings. 

Please note: If visibility of the competency framework is not enabled through admin settings, users would still have visibility of the competencies and descriptions through the context panel within reviews that include the competencies. 

As a Leapsome user, you can view your competency framework (which displays your level and relevant competencies) in 2 ways:

• via the menu in the bottom left corner > 'Competencies'
• when writing an assessment via 'Reviews' by clicking on 'Actions > 'Open Competency Framework'. (if visibility is enabled)
