Below the talking points in a Leapsome meeting, members of the meeting can add action items either for themselves or for other participants of the meeting.
To add a talking point during a meeting, scroll below the talking points to reach the 'Action Items' section:
After writing the action item, you can then reassign it by clicking the 🔄 button.
The action item will then show up in the Home tab under 'Your action items' for the person for whom the action item was assigned. The person assigned can then click off the action item (designate it as done), either there or back in the meeting itself. Other members of the meeting can click off the action item as done, even if they are not assigned to that task.
