How competencies show up in the Learning module

Associating competencies with a learning path is relevant for those customers that have enabled both the Learning and the Goals modules. 

You can connect competencies to specific goals and learning paths within the platform to help employees track their improvement in these competencies. 

You can link a specific competency, such as 'communicate effectively,' to a learning path. Once this competency is linked to a learning path, then when this competency is linked to a goal, then that learning path will also be available in the right context bar of a goal, to ensure that employees have access to relevant resources available when they are trying to improve that competency.
