Leapsome's team dashboard provides managers with the data they need to be more effective leaders. Managers can open the dashboard by clicking on the 'Team Dashboard' tab on the top right side corner of the home tab.
The Team Dashboard:
- Makes keeping track of direct reports' goal progress easier and encourages managers to check in on goal progress more frequently.
- Facilitates review management by giving straightforward access to review progress and history.
- Provides an overview of instant feedback and praise and nudges managers to provide more instant feedback and praise if applicable.
- Identifies gaps in team competencies to highlight training opportunities.
Components of the Team Dashboard
Depending on your active Leapsome modules, the dashboard includes:
- An aggregate view of the goals of all direct reports.
- Current and past reviews of direct reports.
- An aggregate view of the instant feedback from the last 30 days of direct reports.
- A team competency distribution chart, based on all assessments of the last 12 months.
The 'Your team' drop-down for ManagersÂ
For a more granular look at the progress of your individual direct reports, as well as the tasks and notifications applicable to you as their manager, navigate to the 'Your team' drop-down on the home dashboard and click on one of their profiles.
Here you will have :Â
- An overview of basic and personal information
- Their employment information
- A space where you can upload documents for the employee (more information on documentation uploading can be found here)
- A section in which you can leave private notes on them to track feedback (notes are visible only to you)
- An overview of ongoing and past Review cycles
- An overview of their Instant Feedback
- An overview of the Learning paths they are involved in
- A more detailed overview of the Goals they own/contribute to
- An individual competency distribution chart with an overview of their strengths and development areas
