Super admins can assign admin rights for the whole platform or a specific module to an individual user or a specific team.
Furthermore, they are able to grant individual employees - for example, HR business partners (HRBPs) - limited admin rights for specific users, teams, or locations.
Having individuals assigned an admin role for a subset of employees, allows them to access the following information about their specific employees:
- review results
- goal progress
- instant feedback analytics
- meeting analytics
To assign these custom access rights to a user in Leapsome, super admins will navigate to 'Users & Teams' > 'Edit' underneath a user's name > 'Grant the user additional admin access to users in certain teams or locations (HRBP)'. You can define a team, location or user(s) that the HRBP can access.
