Timeline
- (Optional) Filter by 'Timeframe'> Select the timeframe of interest
- Group results by either 'Question/Competency,' 'Category,' or 'Total'
Each line represents either a competency (if you've grouped by 'Competency'), a category (if you've grouped by 'Category'), or your average score overall comptencies (if you've grouped by 'Total'). Each dot or point on the timeline represents a moment when that competency was evaluated in a Leapsome review. Ideally, you would like to see an upward trajectory for each competency or your total score. If you instead see a competency going down, it may be a reason for a conversation with your manager about how to develop in that area.

Radar
- Filter by 'Review Cycles'> Select the specific cycle
- Group results by either 'Competency' or 'Category'
The closer a line is to the outside of the chart, the higher the score. Each colored line represents the scoring you've received from a certain perspective (e.g., your manager's score of you for that competency/category). If there are significant discrepancies, it may be reason for a conversation with your manager interpreting competency descriptions when rating yourself.
Please note: Competencies/questions are sorted by company/team competency; and category within those groups.
