Kicking off a review cycle as a manager

Leapsome admins can delegate performance assessment administration to managers by providing a standardized template to assess their teams.

Managers can open these shared templates by opening the 'Reviews' tab and clicking on 'Templates.' 

To create a new cycle based on a template, choose the template and click 'Create new cycle based on this template' beneath. 

You can then update the template name and description, select participants from their team(s), and update the timeline. 

To kick off a cycle, please click on 'Complete setup.'
