It can be useful to upload PDF documents in Leapsome and attach them to a specific user (e.g. past assessments or certificates etc.). Admins can then decide who can see the files - access to the file can be given to the manager and/or the employee.
To upload a PDF please navigate to the 'Users & Teams' page, click on 'edit' next to a user's name and upload the attachment. Don't forget to click on 'update user info' to save the changes.
If access is enabled, the manager / employee can see the uploaded files in the home dashboard under the 'Files' tab in the relevant user profile.
