Leapsome's review cycles dashboard includes a variety of filter options to view and analyze a cycle's current status. As an admin, you may want to track the status of an ongoing review cycle (i.e., who has filled out their reviews, how many people are left, etc.). To do so, navigate to the 'Reviews' tab, click on 'Cycles' in the sub-menu, and click on the name of the cycle you wish to learn more about.
At the top of the page, you see a progress bar. This progress is based on the timeline progression and moves once your cycle proceeds to the next stage, e.g., to the Development talks phase. Only when the cycle is closed will it be marked as 100%. To see the progression of specific tasks within each stage, you can see the progress of completed assessments in percent below each phase that is in scope.
You can additionally see the progress breakdown of each assessment group below the timeline. A total percentage of the completion rate is displayed; The numbers in the brackets display the number of employees that have completed their respective assessments out of the total number.
Participants
The 'Participants' section provides an overview of each participant and the status of their individual assessments. Above the list of participants, you will see a disclaimer informing you how many participants do not have a manager within the respective Review cycle. Clicking on 'Click to show' will return a list below of participants that lack a manager.
If you wish to search for specific employees within the Review cycle, use the 'Filter' drop-down. Filters will help you find the information you are looking for and help you see what is outstanding.
Multiple types of filters can be selected at once. If you click on an employee's review, and then go back to the review cycle dashboard, the previously selected filters will remain and your scroll position will remain fixed on the area you last left it on, saving you time and manual effort.
Using the filter menu, you can filter the participants in the following ways:

Participation symbols
The meaning of the various symbols found on each Participant can be broken down as follows:
- Red font and circled question marks indicate that there has been no progress on those types of assessment within the Review. In the example above, the self-assessment and manager assessment are in status 'Not Started'.
- The green font, in combination with a circled checkmark, indicates that this type of assessment within the review has been 'Finalized' by the pertinent individuals for that field. In the example above, the self-assessment has been 'Finalized' and its status is 'Complete'.
- An arrow icon beside the 'Manager' field indicates that the manager assessment has now been 'Finalized' and 'Shared' with the reviewee; Its status within the Review cycle is 'Completed & Shared'.
- A stamp icon next to the assessment indicates that the assessment has been finalized, shared and signed. In the example above, both: the self-assessment and the manager assessment have been signed by both parties.
- A lack of the title 'Manager' in this view indicates that there is no manager listed for this participant in this Review cycle. Expanding this view will show additional 'Manager - N/A' information in these cases.
- '1 of 2 direct reports' indicates that 2 direct reports have been included in this Review cycle to give feedback for the respective employee. One of these 2 direct reports have already completed their assessment for their manager. The same view will apply to peers - you will see how many peers have completed out of the total amount nominated peers.
- The above example indicates that 1 out of 1 peers nominated have already completed their peer assessment.
- Grey font, combined with a clock icon, indicates that the assessment has been started but is still in draft mode. Its status within the Review cycle is 'Started'.
Please note: the score next to a participant corresponds to the primary manager average score (it does not include self-assessment, nor peer, nor direct report scores).
