Performance Reviews & Goal Setting with Leapsome
This document addresses the most pressing questions you might have about goal setting and performance reviews at [customer], i.e., what does the process look like, who will be able to see the results, why do we set goals, who is the contact person at [customer] and where can I find further information.

Technical implementation of the performance review and goal setting
Our performance reviews and goal setting will be implemented using the software platform Leapsome. Leapsome provides a modular platform, which in a first step will be used to run performance reviews and goal setting at [customer]. Additional modules such as [specify or remove sentence] will be added later. The software platform allows to run reviews as standardized, automated and smoothly as possible for everyone involved.
Getting Started with Leapsome
On [XX.XX.XXXX] you will receive a personal invite to join Leapsome via email. Simply click on the link and create a user account. Please use Single-Sign-On via Gmail [or Office365 / specify or remove].
Important: Performance reviews (Reviews) and goal setting (Goals) are two distinct yet connected modules of the platform.
You will always add new goals within the Goals module. Setting goals allows you to track them effectively and update their progress throughout the year, independently of the annual [change if different frequency used] performance review process. Goal progress is always tracked under Goals.
Participating in performance reviews
Once the performance review has been started by your admin, you will receive emails that guide you through the whole process step-by-step. Whenever a new action is required from you, you will receive a notification or reminder via email. Additionally, you can see all your to dos in the platform in the module Reviews. Your active managed goals will later appear in your next performance review cycle, where the final goal progress can be discussed and reviewed with your manager.
