Performance Reviews with Leapsome
This document addresses the most pressing questions you might have about performance reviews at [customer], i.e., what does the process look like, who will be able to see the results, who is the contact person at [customer] and where can I find further information.

Technical implementation of the performance review
Our performance reviews will be implemented using the software platform Leapsome. Leapsome provides a modular platform, which in a first step will be used to run performance reviews at [customer]. Additional modules such as [specify or remove sentence] will be added later. The software platform allows to run reviews as standardized, automated and smoothly as possible for everyone involved.
Getting Started with Leapsome
On [XX.XX.XXXX] you will receive a personal invite to join Leapsome via email. Simply click on the link and create a user account. Please use Single-Sign-On via Gmail [or Office365 / specify or remove].
Once the performance review has been started by your admin, you will receive emails that guide you through the whole process step-by-step. Whenever a new action is required from you, you will receive a notification or reminder via email. Additionally, you can see all your to dos in the platform in the module Reviews.
