Surveys with Leapsome
This document addresses the most pressing questions you might have about surveys at [customer], i.e., why and how often do we conduct surveys, which topics do we want to measure, what happens with the surveys’ results, who is the contact person at [customer] and where can I find further information.
Why do we conduct surveys?

Visibility and anonymity of survey results

The surveys are completely anonymous, i.e., nobody will be able to trace back which answers you gave. While completing the survey, you will see a clear indication guaranteeing your anonymity. or The surveys are non-anonymous, i.e., it will be possible to trace back which answers you gave. Technical implementation of the surveys
Surveys will be implemented using the software platform Leapsome. Leapsome provides a modular platform, which in a first step will be used to run surveys at [customer]. Additional modules such as [360° or Performance Reviews, Continuous Feedback, 1:1 Meeting Management, Goals/OKRs, or remove sentence] will be added later. The software platform allows to run surveys as standardized, automated and smoothly as possible for everyone involved.
Getting Started with Leapsome
On [XX.XX.XXXX] you will receive a personal invite to join Leapsome via email. Simply click on the link and create a user account. Please use Single-Sign-On via Gmail [or Office365 / specify or remove].
Once the first survey round has been started by your admin, you will receive an email notification to take part in the survey. You can do so simply by clicking on the link in the email.
