Project management

- Manage expectations: Communicates expectations for tasks or projects clearly
Communication
- Communicate effectively: Uses clear and structured language in verbal and written communication
- Listen actively: Listens actively during direct interactions
Interpersonal
- Motivate: Dedicated to energizing and mobilizing the rest of the team
- Provide feedback: Regularly provides constructive feedback
Leadership (only applicable to those managing people)
