🎥 Sharing and discussing a performance review

Please note: If visibility settings for reviewee are set to "immediate, once complete" the reviewee will be able to automatically see the results from their manager. The option for the manager to "share" the review would not be visible as it would already be available to the review once the assessment was completed.
