Writing balanced (performance) reviews can be challenging - especially if some time has passed since you last gave feedback to a colleague. The context panel in Leapsome provides access to instant feedback, goals, meetings, and past reviews while writing the assessment thus making it a lot easier to avoid the infamous 'recency bias' and write well-informed, fair assessments.
To access the context panel, click on an open task to write an assessment for yourself, your colleague, manager, or direct report. You'll see the context panel on the right side of the screen and can choose different sources of information. You can also access the timeline for the cycle to learn until when your assessment is due.
