You can use Leapsome's Goal module not only to work on your company's OKRs, but also in order to improve individual performance. For this Leapsome offers development goals. Development goals get created within the 'personal development goal'.
Development goals are goals that refer to competency from your competency framework, which you can choose when creating a goal in the section 'Link to a competency'.
This way employees can tie their goals back to any improvement area that previous performance reviews have shown. If you set up the goals as managed goals (goals that need to be approved by a manager), they can also be assessed in the next performance review. You can find out how to do that here.
When you open the goal, you will see the linked skill on the right side under 'Development'. You may open the goal by clicking 'Show context & past feedback', and you will see the goal as well as any past feedback from Reviews that you have received regarding this goal. Please see the image below.
Development goals can be easily recognized by the leaf icon below the title in the goal overview.
