Automatically created 'smart teams'

Leapsome features automatically created 'smart teams' that help you to manage employees and assign skills more easily. Automatically created and managed teams cannot be edited or removed.

• Managers (Auto) features all employees that have at least one direct report assigned to them. This team is updated once a day - new managers will be added, employees who lost the manager attribute will be removed. You can use it to easily add all managers to a leadership assessment or define a leadership skill framework that can be used for leadership feedback or assessments.
• Non-Managers (Auto) features all employees that are not part of the 'Managers (Auto)' team.

Please note: as these teams are automatically created, they cannot be disabled in Leapsome.
