Leapsome features automatically created 'smart teams' that help you to manage employees and assign skills more easily. Automatically created and managed teams cannot be edited or removed.
- Managers (Auto) features all employees that have at least one direct report assigned to them. This team is updated once a day - new managers will be added, employees who lost the manager attribute will be removed. You can use it to easily add all managers to a leadership assessment or define a leadership skill framework that can be used for leadership feedback or assessments.
- Non-Managers (Auto) features all employees that are not part of the 'Managers (Auto)' team.
Please note: as these teams are automatically created, they cannot be disabled in Leapsome. Additionally, the assigning of these teams is automatic - if a user is assigned direct reports, it can take a short while for this user to have the team 'Managers (Auto)' assigned (it is not always immediate and can take a few hours).
