Accessing the approval screen
If your direct reports are in a review cycle that includes peers, you may need to confirm or choose their peers. You will receive an email notification to do so, a Slack or Microsoft Teams notification (if relevant), and an open to-do in the Home tab of your Leapsome account as well as in the 'Open Tasks' section of your Review tab ('Reviews' > 'Your assessments' > 'Open tasks').
Selecting or approving the peers of a participant
By clicking on the to-do item, you will land on a screen where you can select, change, or confirm the peers of the participant.
If the cycle admin determined participants nominate peers themselves, you will likely see a selection of nominated peers. It is up to you if you want to keep or modify this group.
You can add peers individually (by typing their name) or in batch (by selecting a team or department from the drop-down). Once done, please confirm the selection.
Editing your approval
If you want to change your peer selection for a participant, you can do so if the peers have not started filling out the reviews.
To do this, navigate to the 'Reviews' tab > 'Your Assessments' > 'Completed / Past' and click on the relevant task titled 'Adjust the peers for ...'. The text underneath informs you which cycle the task is a part of so you can be sure it is the correct one.
If you need to make changes after that, please contact your admin. This article describes how they can change peers at any point.
