Please find our video tutorial on how to select your peers here.
If you are a reviewee in a review cycle that includes peer feedback, you may need to select the peers who will review you. You will receive an email notification (or Slack or Microsoft teams if you work with either), as well as see an open to-do in the home tab of your Leapsome account and in the 'Reviews' > 'Your Assessments' > 'Open Tasks' section.
Selecting your peers
By clicking on the to-do item, you will arrive at a screen to nominate your peers. Depending on the cycle settings, your manager may confirm the peers before anyone is notified to fill in an assessment.
You can add peers individually (by typing their name) or in batches (by selecting a team or department from the drop-down). Depending on the settings, you can nominate a minimum / maximum number of peers. Once you're done, please confirm the selection.
The admin of the cycle may have also set it such that no one can be listed as a peer more than a certain number of times. If this is the case, a peer you want to assess you may not be available. In this case, please select another co-worker to be your peer.
Note: A peer can be anyone that works with you and knows you well, and they don't have to be on the same hierarchical level. It could also be someone from a different department or team. In some cycles, your direct reports will be automatically nominated. In that case, you will see a note during the nomination process.
Editing your selection
You can change your peer selection if your manager has not confirmed the peers and the corresponding peer assessment has not been started.
To do so, navigate to 'Reviews' > 'Your assessments > 'Completed / Past.' There, you will see a past to-do titled 'Your peers.' Please click here to edit your peer selection.
If you need to make changes after that, please contact your admin. This article describes how they can change your peers at any point.
