Please find our video tutorial on how to select your peers here.
If you are a reviewee in a review cycle that includes peer feedback, you may need to select the peers who will review you. You will receive a notification and prompt in the 'Your checklist' section of your home dashboard and a reminder in 'Reviews' > 'Dashboard' > 'Ongoing assessments'.
Selecting your peers
By clicking on the to-do item, you will arrive at a screen to select your peers. Depending on the cycle settings, your manager may need to approve the peers before anyone is notified to fill in an assessment.
You can add peers individually by entering their name(s), or in bulk by selecting a team or department from the drop-down menu. Depending on the cycle settings, you can nominate a minimum / maximum number of peers. Once you're done, please confirm the selection.
The Admin of the cycle may have also limited the number of times that one person can be selected as a peer. If this is the case, a peer you want to nominate may not be available.
A peer can be someone who works with you and knows you well, and they don't have to be on the same hierarchical level or the same department or team. In some cycles, your direct reports will be automatically nominated. In that case, you will see a note during the nomination process. You can also add a team as peers and include peers that are external to your organization. This article describes how to add them.
Editing your selection
You can change your peer selection if your manager has not yet confirmed the peers and the corresponding peer assessment has not been started.
To do so, navigate to 'Reviews' > Dashboard > Ongoing assessments> 'You.' There, you can expand your to-dos for ongoing assessments, and select the task where it states 'All tasks completed.' You can then edit your selection.
If you need to make changes after that, please contact your Admin. This article describes how they can change your peers at any point during the review cycle.
