If your admins set up a 360° / assessment cycle with peers, you might get asked to select your peers. You will find a corresponding "To Do" item.
Selecting your peers
If you click on the To Do - item, you will navigate to a screen where you can request peer assessments. Depending on the settings of your cycle, your manager will confirm these before they get a notification to write a peer assessment for you.
You can add peers individually (by typing their name) or in batch (by selecting a team or department from the dropdown). Depending on the setting there can be a minimum / maximum number of required peers you can nominate. Once you're done, please confirm the selection.
What's a peer? A "peer" can be anyone that works with you and knows you well. He or she doesn't have to be on the same hierarchical level. It could also be someone from a different department etc. In some cycles, your direct reports will be automatically nominated - in that case, you will see a hint during the nomination process.
Editing your selection
If you want to change your peer selection, you can do so
- as long as your manager has not confirmed the peers and
- the corresponding peer assessment has not been started
You will find a corresponding item on your "Done" list.
If you need to make changes after that, please contact your admin who can change the peers in the admin settings of the cycle.
