Step 1 | Launch Leapsome by enabling the Learning module and create your first learning path
Start with only the Learning module. First, set up learning elements and then build a learning path from them, e.g. with onboarding resources that all new hires at your company go through to learn about structures, teams, processes that are in place.
Step 2 | Enable the Instant Feedback and Reviews module
As a next step in the roll-out of Leapsome, activate the Instant Feedback and Review modules to enable your employees to give and receive feedback on a continuous basis. Over time, the feedback is aggregated into individual competency profiles which can inform individual development plans.
Step 3 | Activate the Goals and the Meetings module
Set up development goals and to give managers and employees a tool and framework to follow up on them. Further down the line, activate the Goal module to set and track individual development goals. Instruct managers and employees to make time for weekly or bi-weekly 1:1s to ensure that constant communication on goals and their progress takes place.
Step 4 | Activate the Surveys module
Collect feedback on your company's investment in individual learning and development. Use our best practice survey questions to gain insights into how well your employees are progressing in their careers and whether they feel that their individual development is supported and valued.
