Performance Reviews
The Leapsome review module allows us to run highly automated [performance / 360° / leadership assessments]. The platform allows us to assess not only performance, but also reflects our [name] [values/competencies].
Leapsome reviews do not only make our reviews more standardised and hence fairer, but also make the review process time-efficient and development oriented.
[Include if you want to run 360° reviews]
A 360° review is a process in which a participant (or reviewee) receives feedback on his/her skills and behavior from different perspectives. Usually, a 360° review includes the manager, direct reports and/or other colleagues or team members (peers) of the participant as reviewers and asks the participant to also write a self-evaluation.
Our review process we run at [name] will look as follows:
[Please define:
- When will the cycle start and how often does it take place?
- Who will be assessed by whom (360, manager-direct report, peer-to-peer)?
- What is assessed (values, goals, competencies, open questions)?
- How long will participants have to fill in each step?
- Who will see the assessments/will results be anonymous?]
You will receive email notifications for every step along the process.
You can find a user guide on Leapsome´s review module here.
Goals & OKRs
Leapsome´s goal feature will help us to manage [our OKRs / performance and development goals / individual, team company goals] in a highly interactive way. This not only creates higher transparency, but also makes measuring progress easier.
[Please define here:
- Who will be defining goals?
- What is the timeline for drafting and working on goals?
- What is the goal definition process going to be like? E.g. are teams doing workshops or is everyone drafting their own goals?
- What will the visibility be like?
- Are there tags that should be used?]
Here you can find an overview on how to use Leapsome´s goal module. Best practices on how to set effective goals can be found here.
Meetings
In order to run structured 1:1s and team meetings, Leapsome offers a meeting module.
Using this you can plan your 1:1s typical agenda and add up to date talking points for each meeting. During the meeting, Leapsome allows you to write down meeting notes, see progress on goals, as well as recent feedback.
Once a talking point has been sufficiently discussed, you can take it off the list to make sure you have an easy overview of what current topics are.
The meeting history allows you to see what has been discussed in previous meetings.
You will also receive email notifications to make sure you have time to prepare for the respective meeting.
You can see how to use Leapsome´s meeting module here.
Learning
Leapsome´s Learning module offers a central space for employee training and development. We will upload learning content and create learning paths to make sure all employees at [name] benefit from a coherent learning experience.
At [name] we will be using the Learning module for [Onboarding, Compliance trainings, etc.].
[Please define:
- Who will be taking part in the learning path?
- What does the path consist of?
- How long does completion take?
- What is the objective of the specific path?]
You will receive a notification once you have been enrolled in a learning path.
Instant Feedback
Leapsome has an Instant Feedback module that allows you to give and request quick and easy feedback outside of a review cycle. This helps to create a culture of continuous feedback and praise.
The Instant Feedback module offers features to do an instant self-reflection, ask for feedback or give feedback based on [name]´s values/competencies. The feedback will be [private/shared with the receiver´s manager/public/private or can be shared with the receiver´s manager].
It will then contribute to the receiver´s development profile.
Moreover, it is possible to give public praise to one another, that can be publicly seen in Leapsome´s praise module [depending on your settings as well on the praise wall or will be shared in Slack].
You can find more information on the Instant Feedback module here.
Surveys
In order to know how everyone at [name] is feeling and see whether there are any pressing issues that we as a company can improve on, Leapsome offers a functionality for Employee Engagement surveys. The survey results give us insights on the employee Net Promoter Score as well as team satisfaction.
[Please define:
- How often will the survey run?
- Who will be participating?
- How many questions and which topics are covered? Will they be rotating per round?
- How long will the survey stay open?
