Step 1 | Launch Leapsome by enabling the Reviews module and create your first Review cycle
Start with only the Reviews module. Run your first cycle (e.g. a 360° (Performance) Review) and set up automated probation period feedback to get rid of manual work around reviews.
Step 2 | Enable the Meetings module
After the review cycle is completed, enable the meeting module to ensure that constant communication between managers and employees takes place in a simple and effective way. Instruct managers and employees to make time for weekly or bi-weekly 1:1s. By collecting talking points throughout the week and adding them to the Leapsome meeting, all important information is stored in one place and can always be referred back to.
Step 3 | Enable the Learning module
Set up learning elements and learning paths to onboard new employees at your company. Instead of manually sending the same onboarding resources to each new hire save time by automating this process with targeted learning paths.
Step 4 | Later on, enable the Goals, Instant Feedback and Surveys modules
Promote alignment and clarity on goals, to allow for continuous feedback throughout the year and to to measure and increase employee engagement.
