Step 1 | Launch Leapsome by enabling the Instant Feedback & Praise module as well as the Review module.
Appoint ambassadors who push Leapsome internally by actively using the platform to give and request instant feedback and praise. Enable the praise wall and display it on one or several screens in your office.
Additionally, run your first review cycle (e.g., a 360° (Performance) Review).
Step 2 | Enable the Meeting module
After the review cycle is completed, enable the meeting module to ensure that constant communication around feedback takes place. Instruct managers and employees to make time for weekly or biweekly 1:1s. These 1:1s should focus on giving each other feedback, coaching, project management, and general sentiments.
Step 3 | Later on, enable the Goal module to track development goals
Instruct managers and employees to set and track development goals regularly (e.g., set goals twice or four times per year). Goal progress can be discussed in the weekly / biweekly 1:1s.
Step 4 | Enable the Survey and Learning modules
To measure and increase employee engagement and make targeted learning content available to your employees.
