Step 1 | Launch Leapsome by enabling the review module and create your first review cycle
Start with only the review module. Run your first cycle (e.g., a 360° (Performance) Review).
Step 2 | Enable the goal module before development talks take place
Halfway through the cycle, enable the goal module. Instruct managers and employees to define development and performance goals as a result of the review development talk. Instruct them to set the goals up in Leapsome and to continually track them in the coming months.
Step 3 | Enable the Meeting module
After the review cycle is completed, enable the meeting module to ensure that constant communication on goals and their progress takes place. Instruct managers and employees to make time for weekly or biweekly 1:1s.
Step 4 | For your next review cycle, include goals in the questionnaire
This way, you make sure that managers and employees follow up on and evaluate the set goals.
Step 5 | Later on, enable the Instant Feedback, Survey, and Learning modules
Enabling these modules allows for continuous feedback between review cycles, measuring and increasing employee engagement, and making targeted learning content available to your employees.
