Step 1 | Launch Leapsome by enabling the Surveys module
Set up a recurring survey (e.g. once or twice a month) to gather feedback from your employees to your company. Use our best practice questions to measure how engaged your and employees are and how satisfied they are with your company culture. Collect feedback on what is already going well and suggestions for improvement. Track your eNPS (= employee net promoter score) and progress over time. Derive actionable insights from these surveys and regularly communicate as to what you’re taking away from the surveys.
Step 2 | Enable the Goals and Instant Feedback module
To drive employee engagement, it’s important that employees know what is expected of them, have clear goals and get regular feedback.
See our blueprint for goals, specifically the section “Performance and development goals for employee engagement and performance assessment”. Instruct managers to set and track clear goals for each direct report.
Appoint ambassadors who push Leapsome internally by actively using the platform to give and request instant feedback and praise. Enable the praise wall and display it on one or several screens in your office.
Use your engagement survey to track increased engagement, increased clarity and higher levels of feedback in your company.
Step 3 | Later on, enable the Reviews, Meetings and Learning modules
Create a holistic performance management system at your company, to make sure managers regularly check in with their direct reports and to make targeted learning content available to your employees.
