To improve the review setup experience, we now allow you to add newly created skills to existing or cloned cycles without having to re-create the cycle.

We've improved the review setup process, allowing you to target all questions and skills to different reviewer groups more effectively. This greatly enhances your ability to compare answers from different subgroups in our analytics module.
Just like in the feedback module, you can now use a continuous scale in your performance or 360 reviews.

We added an auto-save functionality for meeting notes and made it easier to add new talking points (just hit Enter to save).
If you're working with our new skill levels feature, you can now display all relevant levels for a skill directly in your review (allowing you to understand what needs to be done to advance to the next level).

You can now edit previous 1:1 meetings to tick off that point you talked about or add meeting notes after the meeting. We've also simplified navigation between meetings.
We got rid of the (sometimes slightly confusing) top-level metric. Goals can now be easily set up with a default metric or more granular key result metrics.

For 360° reviews, you can now optionally put reviewees in the driver seat and allow them to control visibility of their results (instead of sharing it automatically with managers)
Meetings are now automatically archived after your meeting if you have enabled recurring 1:1 meetings. We have also simplified the creation of talking points.
We have further simplified goal filters so you can find relevant goals more easily.

We're introducing a much more granular permission management: Account owners can now assign the right to create reviews or surveys, view all managed goals or reviews, or enable cascading manager access to reviews and goals to administrators.

Employee profiles received an update: Active and draft goals are now displayed more prominently on individual user profiles, along with feedback, 1:1 meetings and skills.
We're introducing a new review mode: If you want, you can allow any employee to proactively give feedback during a 360° review for selected participants.

In addition to the raw answer set of completed reviews, you can now also export aggregate results for self-evaluations, peer reviews and manager reviews.
Owners / administrators can now add or update participants in active review cycles; as long as the corresponding reviewers haven't started their reviews, you can even modify or replace 360° reviewers.
We have simplified the review setup - in the "Questions" settings you will only see questions that match the teams of the currently selected participants.

On the "Analytics" tab, you will now find "1:1 Analytics". Admins and managers (for their reports) can see who is meeting whom and how often, allowing them to nudge people to meet more regularly. The content of the these meetings obviously remains private. Stay tuned for further improvements to this feature.

Managers now optionally have cascading access to managed goals and reviews further down in the reporting chain (if Eric manages Tim and Tim manages Jane, Eric will also see Jane's goals and reviews) . You can turn this off in the admin settings.
