We've improved the appearance of the goal tree. Especially larger companies with more goals will note have a more condensed, easier to view goal tree.

To give you more flexibility, peer nominations can now be edited by the reviewee (before confirmation), the manager (after confirmation) or the admin until review talks start. Peers who started their review cannot be removed.
To streamline the manager experience and use time more effectively, manager review notifications are now sent out when a cycle is kicked off. If managers have access to peer reviews or self-assessments, they will be alerted of incomplete input.

In addition to the raw answer set of completed reviews, you can now also export aggregate results for self-evaluations, peer reviews and manager reviews.
Owners / administrators can now add or update participants in active review cycles; as long as the corresponding reviewers haven't started their reviews, you can even modify or replace 360° reviewers.
We have simplified the review setup - in the "Questions" settings you will only see questions that match the teams of the currently selected participants.
