Instant Feedback
You can now use AI to summarize and get recommendations on action plans based on all praise and instant feedback. Admins need to enable the feature from admin settings under the AI features tab.
- All users can use it for themselves.
- Managers can use it for their direct reports (based on the visibility of the feedback).
- Admins can use it for everyone (based on the visibility of the feedback).

Goals
Admins can now bulk copy and assign individual goals to specific teams or people. The feature can also be used to create goal templates, and then bulk assign them to teams to ensure that goals have the right setup. Managers can also use the 'bulk copy and assign' feature to create goals for their direct reports.
It is now possible to link the progress of initiatives with key results. The progress of the key results will be dynamically updated based on the progress of the initiatives.

Compensation
You can now add equity to a compensation cycle scope (on top of salary, bonus, and promotion) and use the same automated flows that we already use for salary, bonus, or promotion, e.g., automated stock updates based on tenure, performance, goal achievement, etc.
It is now possible to upload equity data to Leapsome via the users and teams tab. Below are the data points that you can now upload:
- Equity: Number of shares
- Equity: Type
- Equity: Exercise price
- Equity: Total share case value
- Equity: Grant start date (DD-MM-YYYY)
- Equity: Vesting period (months)

🤖 We are excited to announce AI in goals 🤖
You can now create AI-generated OKRs within Leapsome with just 1 sentence and 2 clicks. Admins can turn on the feature via Settings > Admin Settings > AI features. Here’s how to create goals using AI:
- Give a short 'Objective' as a prompt while creating a new goal and hit the ‘Get AI suggestions’ button.
- Get suggestions for key results and initiatives for the objective you’ve entered.
- Flexibly choose which key results and initiatives you want to add (you can always edit them).
- Finalize the setup to create your OKR.

We've improved the design and flow of adding questions to surveys [Surveys > [Open any survey] > Settings > Questions]. You can now see all relevant info on the question cards, such as:
- Whether there are display rules applied
- Whether it’s a best practice or a custom question

- Whether it’s a pinned or a paused question
- Whether it's going to be asked in the next round (in case there are question rotations)

Admins and survey owners can build AI-generated summaries based on comments in a survey with a click of a button and save hours of manual work. Admins can enable the feature from the admin settings.
Access granular survey benchmarks to see many more benchmark data points to see how you compare to companies that are very similar to you. You can now see the benchmark for the following combinations (if the data is available for these specific combinations):
- Location + Industry
- Location + Company Size
- Company Size + Industry
- Location + Industry + Company Size
Admins can now manually set industry, country, and company size from the admin settings to get benchmarks for that combination regardless of the settings in the backend. You can also temporarily change the settings to access any type of benchmarks that you want to access.

Compensation
Admins can now import granular salary bands to build their salary band framework within Leapsome and define salary bands based on (1) Locations, (2) Teams, and (3) Levels. On top of that, you can also now define a currency for each band.
Admins can now see all salary bands in a single table called 'Salary bands' under the compensation module.
We now surface the above-mentioned info on the salary bands to the compensation proposal so managers, approvers, and relevant stakeholders have all the relevant information at hand while making the compensation decisions.

Mercer’s Total Remuneration Survey (TRS) is built on more than 20 years of experience and expertise. It is the world’s largest and most comprehensive employee total remuneration resource, including benefits data – in over 140 locations. We are excited to launch Q&A board. Here is a quick summary:
- Admins can switch on the feature under Admin Settings > Instant Feedback.
- Admins can assign Q&A board owners who can respond to questions, update statuses, etc.

- Admins can disable asking new questions (to make it time-bound)
- All employees can ask questions (based on the settings above).

We’ve streamlined the survey visibility logic. If a user is affected by more than one rule, we now combine the applied rules and grant access to data based on the combination of all of the applied rules. If a user-specific role is defined, that rule takes precedence above all other rules.
We now show consistent data across the heatmap and list view. The data gets attributed based on the demographic data of the user (e.g. team assignment) at the time of submitting the survey.

In review analytics, you now see a default filter for “latest manager review” applied, which surfaces the latest manager score for each user, even if these are from different review cycles. These scores provide a much better snapshot of current performance and make the analytics more actionable.
