If you are an Admin of your account, you can create a new survey by navigating to 'Surveys' and clicking 'Actions' > 'Create a new survey'.
If you want other users to create surveys, the super-admin can give specific users rights to be a survey module admin by adding that role within the user's profile. Navigate to the Company > employees > user profile > Role > additional roles > select Survey Module Admin.
Super-admins can allow managers & HRBPs access to create surveys without providing them admin access to the survey module. By enabling the option in 'Settings' > 'Employees' > Access configuration > 'Surveys' > 'Create surveys' > Enable the checkbox for Managers and HRBP's.
