If you'd like to share the survey invitation URL link with your employees during the launch of the survey to encourage participation, in the 'Timing' tab of the survey settings, click on 'Copy invitation link'. The URL is the survey round-specific link that can be shared with colleagues. If a user is not invited to participate in the survey round but has access to the link, they will not be able to submit responses.
Participating in a survey as a participant
As a participant, you will receive an email asking you to answer a number of questions. Just click on the link in that email to start answering the questions - a login is not required. If you are traveling, you can answer these questions from your mobile. Finally, if you are currently logged in, you will also see a notification on the 'Home' tab and under 'Tasks' or in the 'Surveys' module itself. Your answers will be auto-saved so you can pause the participation and come back at any time to edit and submit your survey.
Questions / statements are answered with a quantitative score ranging from 0 ('not at all') to 10 ('absolutely') (or 1-5, based on your admins settings) and / or an optional qualitative comment.
If your survey is set up to be anonymous, you will see a clear hint guaranteeing your anonymity - in that case, your answers will be (and stay) completely anonymous - you can learn more about how we guarantee your anonymity here. Admins within your organization can also utilize non-anonymous surveys or check-ins; they will be clearly marked as such. Please see an example of an anonymous survey below.
