Results from your surveys are updated in real-time - you will usually see first results a couple of days after your latest survey round was kicked off (and usually long before the round closes).
The visibility of results is influenced by three important factors:
- The anonymity of results: If a survey is defined to be anonymous at setup, we only show results for question and category scores once a certain number of responses has been reached to guarantee the anonymity of individual responses.
- Statistical significance: Similarly, we want to ensure that you only see results that are relevant. You will, therefore, only see scores for questions and categories that have gathered a certain number of responses. Please note that while we strive to show stable results early on, results may fluctuate a bit during the first days of the survey round. You will see robust results once the survey round is closed.
- Visibility settings: The visibility settings of the survey might obviously also influence what you see - some rounds might be visible to you, while others may not.
Results are aggregated by round. Especially in smaller companies (or for smaller segments), it may happen that you see results from some rounds but not from others.
Survey comments
The anonymity threshold is evaluated differently for survey comments, as they are very valuable. For comments in surveys, Leapsome checks that the survey receives enough different comment authors per round to fulfil the anonymity threshold which can produce a slight difference to the visibility for comments than scores. For example, if the anonymity is set to five, and five different people leave comments to a survey round, those will be visible even if different questions have been commented on.
Just a note: The team attribution visible in comments when users are part of multiple teams will be based on: the first team the user has been assigned in 'Company' > 'Employees' and that meets the anonymity threshold.
