Termination:
Per the terms of service that you agreed to when subscribing to Leapsome, you may unsubscribe or terminate your contract if done so within the cancellation period denoted in Para. 9.
You may terminate your subscription by contacting support via the help button on the bottom corner of your Leapsome account/platform in your Leapsome account. Once you receive a chatbot answer, click the "Talk to Person" button to contact the support team.
- In the case of a monthly term, you may terminate the subscription with fourteen (14) days prior notice before the expiry of the term.
- In the case of the annual term, you may terminate your subscription with two (2) months prior notice to the expiry of the respective term (Para. 4).
- There are no refunds or credits for terminating monthly, annual, or other subscriptions.
If you have not requested to terminate your subscription during the specified time period, your contract will automatically be renewed for another term.
Incremental licenses:
As mentioned in the terms of service, you will be billed for the minimum number of licenses agreed upon when the contract was signed. If new licenses are added, then that increased license number would become the new minimum billed unless specified otherwise to Leapsome Support before the termination period denoted by the contract.
