1. Who can see my self-reflection?
Only you can see the results of the self-reflection on your personal profile (‘Your Profile’ page)
2. Can I edit the instant feedback/praise I just submitted to my colleague?
No.
Requesting feedback / praise
3. Who can request feedback on behalf of other employees?
Managers can request instant feedback for their direct reports from anyone in the company. Only one direct report at a time may be selected to receive feedback; However, the manager can select multiple peers to give feedback to that direct report with a single request.
4. Can additional managers or team leads request feedback for their reports?
No.
Praise wall
5. What will be shown on the praise wall?
The praise wall will show all public praise given in Leapsome. Private praise or instant feedback will not be visible on the praise wall.
Visibility
6. Who will see the private notes?
Private notes are only visible to the author / person who wrote them.
7. When I visit my colleague’s profile, there’s an ‘Instant Feedback’ section. Does that mean I can see the private feedback they received from others?
No. To respect their privacy, you will only see your own feedback to that person or feedback that has been shared with you in the role of a mentor or manager.
