The HR Analytics feature gives Admins an easy and flexible way to view dashboards, helping them visualize employee data and gain valuable insights.
To access these dashboards, navigate to 'Analytics' from the menu bar on the left-hand side, and click on 'HR'; In the 'HR' tab, you will find some pre-defined reports, such as 'Growth' or 'Demographics' to help you gain insights into your organization's metrics. These reports can be customized in terms of preferred graphs.
These dashboards include employees with the statuses 'Active' and 'Invited, not active'.
Please note: all of the dashboards found on the 'HR' page of the 'Analytics' module are only visible to the platform's Super-Admins.

Growth analytics
The reports found in the 'Growth' analytics tab include growth metrics, such as:
- Headcount
- Growth rate
- New joiners
- Leavers
- Managers
- Managers to employees
- Nationality diversity
- Average salary
To customize the charts for each metric, click on the three vertical dots next to the report and select 'Edit'. In the pop-up window, under 'Visualization type', select any of the 5 available charts. You can additionally split these graphs by location, gender or view all of them combined by selecting 'None'. Single-digit charts, displaying the standalone numerical value of the metric, do not support segmentation by location or gender and, by default, display the total metric over the selected timeframe.
By using the 'Filter' drop-down, you can narrow down your data by a specified timeframe, custom attributes, user status, teams, direct reports of, roles, levels and contributor type. Additionally, group the results by month, quarter or year from the filter on the right-hand side.

How are the numbers for each metric calculated?
- Headcount - The total number of active employees in Leapsome.
- Growth rate - How much your company's headcount has grown or receded over a specific period of time. The growth rate is the difference between two values in time, presented as a percentage of the first value.
- New joiners - A number of new employees who have joined the company.
- Leavers - A number of employees who have left the company.
- Managers - The number of managers (employees that have at least one person reporting to them).
- Managers to employees - Manager to employee ratio calculates what percentage of employees are managers. This comes from counting the number of managers (employees that have at least one person reporting to them) divided by the total headcount.
