It can be useful to upload PDF, CSV, EXCEL, WORD, PPT, and ZIP files in Leapsome and attach them to your direct reports (e.g. past assessments or certificates, etc.). You can then decide whether the direct report should have access to the file.
To upload a PDF, CSV, EXCEL, WORD, PPT, or ZIP file, please navigate to the your direct report's profile, and click on the section 'Documents'. There, click on 'Actions' > 'Upload document'.
The visibility of your uploaded file by default will be visible to you and the admin/HRBP; As a manager, you can choose whether this file should be visible to the employee or not. You can also choose to delete this file (you can only delete files that you uploaded).
Organize your documents
Once you upload documents, you can rename them, give them a description, assign a category, select their visibility and download them. To make changes, hover over the file and click on the three vertical dots > 'Edit'.
