If you are not yet registered with Leapsome, you will receive an invitation email containing the meeting name and the inviter's name. Clicking on the invitation link will direct you to a sign-up page, where you can create a free account by entering a password. You will need to accept specific terms of service during the sign-up process. On the Meetings page, you will see an invitation to the meeting. You'll need to accept the invitation before you can access the meeting or decline it if necessary.
B) You were invited, but you're already part of another Leapsome account:
If you are part of another Leapsome account already, you will see an invitation on your Meetings page within your existing Leapsome account. Similar to Case A, you need to accept or decline the invitation.
C) You were invited, but your organization already has a paid Leapsome account:
If you are invited with the same email domain as a paid account but your account in Leapsome doesn't exist yet, you will receive a hint during sign-up to contact your Leapsome admin for further assistance.
Free Account Features
- Users in free accounts are non-admins but enjoy full access to the Meetings module.
- You can see other users with the same email domain, fostering a sense of community.
- Unlimited invitations: You can invite an unlimited number of other people by creating meetings.
Upgrading to Paid Accounts
- Free accounts have the potential to be converted into paid accounts later, providing you with additional features and capabilities.
- You can explore previews of other modules with dummy data, such as Reviews, Goals, Instant Feedback, or Surveys.
