We are excited to announce the new Home Dashboard in Leapsome! This enhanced feature will give you a centralized view of important information and tasks within the Leapsome platform.

1. Overview of Pending Tasks: The Home Dashboard will display a clear overview of your upcoming tasks and deadlines, allowing you to stay organized and prioritize your work effectively.
2. Strengths and Development Areas: We now combine instant feedback, learning, goals, competencies, and reviews in a single section (Strengths and Development areas) for all employees and their managers to get a holistic picture of performance and take tangible next steps to improve it.
3. Quick Actions: Take action directly from the Home Dashboard. With the quick action ‘Create’ button in the top right corner, you can provide feedback, set new goals, or create a meeting without navigating through various platform sections.
4. Single View of Important Information: Get a quick overview of goals, learning paths, past reviews, instant feedback, and competencies in a single view.
5. [For Managers]Team Overview: Get a snapshot of your team's performance, goal progress and engagement with the Team Overview Dashboard. Stay up to date with important team updates, celebrations, and milestones.
6. [For Managers] Access to Direct Reports' Profiles: Managers can jump to the profiles of their direct reports to get a quick overview of performance and personal information.

Getting Started

• Accessing the Home Dashboard: To access the Home Dashboard, simply log in to your Leapsome account or click on the "Home" tab in the navigation menu.
• Managing Tasks and Actions: Use the "Tasks" section to view and manage your upcoming tasks. Click on a task to open its details and take necessary actions, such as completing the task or providing feedback.
