The review dashboard can be a quick and easy way for users to see assessments that are ongoing, upcoming, or have been completed.
Ongoing assessments:
This section of the review dashboard will show all cycles that are live and have active tasks that are pertinent to the user to complete. You can filter this view to specify tasks that are relevant for:
- Direct reports: Tasks where you need to participate in a cycle for your direct report will be visible here. Whether it be writing a manager assessment or discussing your assessment with your direct report.
- You: Tasks where you need to write your self-assessment or select your peer nominations will be visible here.
- Other colleagues: Tasks where you need to write an assessment for another colleague (peer or manager assessment for your manager) will be shown here.
Upcoming assessments:
Sometimes admins users are thrown off guard by when people are included in an cycle based on an automation, and may not have enough time to change the timeline or make appropriate updates to the cycle settings before the cycle launches. The upcoming assessments sections lets users know what any cycles that are approaching where they are included, as well cycles where their direct reports may be included which would require a task of them (eg. managers are included in the scope of an upcoming cycle). This gives the users time to prepare or reach out to the admin/cycle owners to make adjustments to the cycle before kick off, in case there are updates to the reporting line, or if someone is expected to be on leave and the timeline needs to be adjusted.
You will be able to see the name of the employees included in the upcoming assessments, the name of the cycle, and the kick off date of the cycle.
Past assessments:
At the top of the dashboard, you'll see a button titled 'Show past reviews'. By clicking it, you'll find all past assessments that you have completed for yourself, your direct reports, or your peers. This section does not include active tasks.
